How do I return an item?

Store Return Policy

If you’ve changed your mind and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused/unopened item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. A receipt and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. Please note all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. No returns on electronic devices without prior arrangements. Refunds are processed within 1 business day of return.

We cannot accept refunds on custom tuning without prior arrangements.

Shipping costs for items shipped to customer for free are not refundable.

Product images may not be a direct representation of the final product. Unfortunately not all Manufacturers send out individual and/or updated images of each product released. Returns due to this will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. However, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

All returns require an RMA # - please contact us to obtain the RMA and for return shipping information.
