We ship within Canada. If you require delivery to a remote location, additional transit time or special arrangements may apply. We will contact you if anything is required before shipment.

Shipping rates are calculated using destination, service level, and dimensional weight. Any estimates shown at checkout reflect the information available at that time. Oversize items, dangerous goods, and multi-box shipments may require manual review. If an adjustment is needed, we will confirm the change before we ship.
Oversize and freight items
Large, heavy, or oversize products may ship by freight. Freight shipments require a valid contact number and may require a business address with a loading dock or a residential appointment. If liftgate service or special handling is needed, we will confirm details before delivery.
Multiple shipments and backorders
Your order may ship in more than one package if items are fulfilled from different warehouses or have different availability dates. If a supplier backorder occurs, we will notify you and discuss options that include waiting for stock, substituting an alternative, or removing the item.
